BANQUET PROGRAM
The Banquet Program will have a schedule of the evening’s events to include entertainment, special presentations and recognition, as well as the awards ceremony and trophy presentations. The program will recognize Rodeo participants and sponsors. It will be placed on the seats of the estimated 3400 attendees of the banquet and awards ceremony. Banquet program rate is $500 for a full-page, 4-color. Only full-page ads are available. Note: All program ads must be black-and-white or four-color process. No match color ads will be accepted. Space Closing: July 18, 2008. Materials Due: July 25, 2008

Advertising Materials
Electronically
The Show Program is produced on a PC, in InDesign.
You may send your ad, correctly sized, as an Indesign file (include fonts and images), an Adobe Photoshop EPS or TIF at 300 dpi, or Adobe Illustrator file (up to version 10). Be sure to convert all text to paths in order to avoid font matching errors and include all placed graphics) OR preferably a high-resolution PDF file with fonts embedded. Electronic files can be sent on a PC formatted Zip cartrige, CD, PC formatted 3.5” diskette, or compressed and emailed directly to: Tony Barmann.
If you send your ad electronically, please fax a copy of the ad to 913-514-6719. Include a contact name and phone number in case of questions. If you have questions regarding file compatibility, contact Tony Barmann at 913-967-1781.

Film
Please provide correctly sized film. There will be a $100 charge to re-size your ad if needed. Negatives should be right-reading, emulsion-side down, 120-133 line screen. You must include either a laser proof, blueline or a match-print of the ad as it is to appear. The Lineman’s Rodeo is not responsible for mistakes in film provided to us.
